Refund Policy

Care OS is operated by Oscar Yanez. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Care OS purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Follow the prompts to request a refund, or
- Contact us via the in-app support channel and we will help coordinate with Paddle.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage payment). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are generally not refundable, though we and Paddle will consider requests on a case-by-case basis where circumstances warrant.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us or Paddle before disputing the charge with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
