Refund Policy

RCFE OS is operated by RCFE OS LLC. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments for RCFE OS are processed by Stripe. To request a refund:

  1. Open Settings → Billing → Manage payment to review your invoices and subscription.
  2. Contact us via the in-app support channel with your invoice number, or
  3. Reply to the Stripe receipt email you received at checkout.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage payment). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are generally not refundable, though we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis where circumstances warrant.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
