How does RCFE OS help with California Title 22 compliance?

RCFE OS evaluates your facility data against a deterministic California RCFE compliance knowledge base and turns the result into a plain list of gaps, risks and next actions — expiring documents, missing resident records, overdue staff training, drills that haven't been logged.

The findings are explainable: each one shows the record it came from and what closing it requires. It is operational guidance built on Title 22 requirements, not legal advice, and your licensing analyst remains the authority.

Will RCFE OS help me prepare for an unannounced licensing inspection?

Yes. Inspection readiness is the core of the product. RCFE OS keeps a running readiness view showing which required records are complete, which are expiring, and which are missing, so an unannounced visit isn't the moment you find out.

During a visit you can pull a resident's file, a staff member's training record, or an incident and its supporting documentation in a few clicks instead of digging through binders.

Does RCFE OS support CDSS LIC forms?

Yes. RCFE OS works with the official CDSS LIC forms rather than recreating them. Known facility, resident and incident information is filled into the official PDF automatically, you review and edit every field, and finalizing produces a flattened, immutable copy stored with the record.

Can I complete an LIC 624 incident report in RCFE OS?

Yes. The Incident Report Center walks the report step by step — who and when, what happened, response and notifications, follow-up — then populates the official LIC 624 (or LIC 624A for a resident death) from what you entered.

AI can draft the narrative from the facts you recorded; you edit it before finalizing. Finalized reports are immutable, and any later change creates a tracked revision. Submitting inside RCFE OS records the report in your facility's file — it does not file the report with CDSS or any external agency.

Does it track document and certification expirations?

Yes. Resident documents, staff training and certifications, TB clearances, drills and facility records carry issue and expiration dates, and expiring items surface on the dashboard and in your action list before they lapse.

What kind of facilities is RCFE OS for?

Who on my staff can access what?

Every user has their own login. There are no shared accounts, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail.

How long does it take my team to learn?

How do you handle resident data privacy?

Access is role-scoped, actions are auditable, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each facility's data is isolated — staff at one facility cannot see another facility's residents.

Can we import records from paper or another system?

Yes. We help you bring residents, medications and staff over during onboarding. Bring what you have — CSVs, exports from another system, or paper — and we'll structure it.

Uploaded documents are read and filed against the right resident or staff member, so you're not retyping what you already have.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You export everything, in standard formats, whenever you want — during your subscription and on the way out. No exit fees and no hostage records.

You can also delete your account and its data from settings.

What does the AI actually do?

It works on top of your facility data: summarizing what needs attention, drafting incident narratives and other documentation from facts you recorded, explaining findings, and prioritizing your day.

It does not decide whether you're compliant. Compliance findings come from a deterministic rules engine; AI explains and drafts on top of them.

Can the AI invent regulations or facts?

AI output is grounded in your documented facility data and the deterministic rules engine, and every draft is editable before it's saved or finalized. Nothing AI produces is filed or finalized without a person reviewing it.

Yes. Subscriptions are month to month unless you choose annual billing, and you can cancel from settings. Your data stays exportable.
